How a call with us works

When you call us on +41 44 505 23 67, our system will greet you with a brief question. Please answer the 1 to 2 questions calmly and fully: state your name, briefly describe your problem and mention which device it concerns (e.g. "Windows laptop", "MacBook" or "iPhone").

We will then end the call on our side. Please simply wait until the line goes silent. This is the normal process and means your request has reached us. We will call you back personally as soon as possible.

To route the connection through our server, you need to configure RustDesk once. This takes less than a minute.

  1. Open RustDesk and click the gear icon in the top right.
  2. Select "Network" from the menu.
  3. Click the padlock icon to unlock settings.
  4. Enter the following values:
    ID Server:itartsupport.duckdns.org
    Relay Server:itartsupport.duckdns.org
    API Server:leave blank

  5. Confirm with "OK" and restart RustDesk.
  6. Share the displayed ID and password with us via WhatsApp or phone.
