We only process the data we genuinely need for your enquiry and for the technical operation of this website. This website uses no tracking cookies, no advertising networks and no cross-site profiling. This notice informs you, under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (DSG/nDSG, SR 235.1, in force since 1 September 2023), which data we process and what rights you have.

Which data we process

Contact via the form

When you write to us through the contact form, we process your name, your email address, optionally your phone number, the service you are interested in and the content of your message. The sole purpose is to handle and answer your enquiry. Without these details we cannot deal with your request.

So that no enquiry is lost, every message is stored on our own server and additionally delivered to us as a notification (see the section on notification of new enquiries). We keep your details for up to 12 months after final handling, then they are deleted, unless a statutory retention obligation applies.

Contact by phone, WhatsApp or email

If you contact us directly by phone, WhatsApp or email, we process the details that arise in order to answer your request. For the use of WhatsApp, the privacy policy of the provider WhatsApp Ireland Ltd. also applies.

Server log files

When the website is accessed, the server automatically records technical details: a shortened or anonymised IP address, date and time, the page accessed, the amount of data transferred, browser type and operating system. This data serves the secure and stable operation of the site and the prevention of misuse. It is usually deleted after 7 to 30 days and is not merged with other data sources.

Reach measurement without cookies

We measure the use of this website with our own, cookie-free solution. This records the page accessed, the referring address, an approximate origin based on a shortened IP address, browser type and the time of access. No cookies are set, no cross-device profile is created and no data is passed to advertising networks. These analyses serve solely to improve our offering. The data is stored on our own infrastructure in Switzerland.

No tracking cookies

This website sets no tracking or advertising cookies. The only technically necessary item is an entry in your browser's local storage (LocalStorage) that remembers you have acknowledged the privacy notice. This entry does not leave your device.

Fonts

All fonts used are loaded from our own server. No connection is made to external font services such as Google Fonts, and therefore no transmission of your IP address to third parties takes place.

Notification of new enquiries

So that we can usually answer your enquiry within 30 minutes, we receive an immediate notification of every new form message via the messenger service Telegram (Telegram FZ-LLC). In doing so, the content of your enquiry is transmitted to our device via Telegram's servers. If you do not want this, please use the direct route by phone or email.

Data processing and hosting

This website is operated with a professional hosting provider that processes the data on our behalf and according to our instructions. For our clients' IT projects, such as backups and website hosting, we rely on locations in Switzerland wherever possible.

Disclosure to third parties

We do not sell your data and do not pass it on for advertising purposes. Disclosure only takes place insofar as this is necessary to provide the service you have requested, you have consented, or we are legally obliged to do so.

Disclosure abroad

When using WhatsApp and Telegram, as well as with a hosting provider whose servers are located abroad, data may be transmitted to countries outside Switzerland. We base such transfers on the legally provided safeguards or on your consent and limit them to what is necessary.

Data security

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access. The transmission of this website is encrypted (TLS/HTTPS). Remote access during support sessions runs over an encrypted connection that you start yourself and can end at any time.

Your rights

Within the framework of the applicable data protection law you have, in particular, the following rights:

• Information about the data processed about you (Art. 25 DSG)
• Correction of inaccurate data (Art. 32 DSG)
• Deletion of your data, insofar as no retention obligation applies
• Restriction of, or objection to, certain processing
• Release or transfer of your data in a common format
• Withdrawal of consent given, with effect for the future

To exercise your rights, a message to info@itartsupport.com is enough. For security, we may request proof of your identity.
