Do you work for private individuals too, or only for companies?
Both. Around the Zurich Gold Coast we look after many private households, from the slow laptop and the Wi-Fi that drops out in the garden to the complete smart home. We also support SMEs without their own IT department. The approach is the same either way: personal, easy to understand and free of jargon.
Do I have to sign a contract?
No. You can call us for a single task, such as a repair or setting up a new device. If you want lasting peace of mind, there is our Managed IT service with a dedicated contact. You decide, no subscription is ever pushed on you.
What does a job cost?
It depends on the effort involved, which is why we always tell you the price before the work begins. The initial assessment is free and there are no hidden costs. You receive a clear quote and give the go-ahead before we start.
How does working with you start?
You describe your issue by phone, WhatsApp or the form. We usually get back to you within 30 minutes, assess the situation and suggest the next step: remote help, an on-site appointment or a quote. No one has to sign anything first.
Is remote access secure? Can you see my private data?
Remote access runs over an encrypted connection that you start yourself and can end at any time. You see everything we do on your screen the whole time. Without your active consent no connection is made, and we open nothing that is not part of the task.
What happens to my data? Do you respect data protection?
Your data stays your data. We work in line with the revised Swiss Data Protection Act (nDSG), store only what the job requires and pass nothing on to third parties. Wherever possible we keep backups and hosting in Switzerland.
Is it true that the first homepage is free?
Yes. Anyone thinking about a new website gets a free draft of the homepage from us, with no obligation. That way you see our work before you spend a franc. If you like it, we build on it. If you don't, you have lost nothing.
How quickly can I reach you and how quickly do I get help?
We usually respond to a call within 30 minutes. Remote problems we mostly solve in under 2 hours. On site in Zurich and the surrounding area we are often there the same or the next day. For genuine emergencies there is a separate hotline.
Which area do you cover?
Our home is Herrliberg on the right shore of Lake Zurich, and we work throughout German-speaking Switzerland. We provide remote help nationwide; for on-site visits we come mainly to the Zurich area and further afield on request.
In which languages can I get support?
In German, English and Spanish, spoken and written. Especially on the Gold Coast and in internationally run households and companies, this makes a real difference for many clients.
